| JiaMo Alu-Plast Aluminum Honeycomb Panel
is a new composite material especially meant forHeavy Duty
usage. It is sandwiched with two skins of high intensity alloy
aluminum as face panel between high density aluminum honeycomb
as core. JiaMo Alu-Plast Aluminum Honeycomb Panel is superior to traditional
honeycomb panel in terms of brittleness, low anti-avulsion,
impact characteristic. It is easy to process and economical
in cost. |

| Specifications |
| The standard thickness of face panel is 0.5 mm and
1.0 mm, and the total thickness of aluminum honeycomb panel is 7
mm, 10 mm, 15 mm, 20 mm or 25 mm. Honeycomb panel can also be designed,
manufactured and supplied as per customers specific needs. |

Coatings |
| JiaMo Alu-Plast Aluminum Honeycomb Panel's face is coated with
PVDF coatings or polyester coatings according to the AAMA2605 standard.
The aluminum honeycomb panel used for outdoor should be coated with
PVDF coating for high characteristics of anti-weather, anti-ultraviolet,
anti-humidity and anti-pollution. JiaMo Alu-PlastTM Aluminum Honeycomb Panel
is available in various colours similar to Aluminum Composite Panel.
It can generally be used within -40 oC ~ +85 oC, and can also be
supplied for temperature resistance up to 100 oC on request. |
